TL20 Max 500 for Aerospace and Precision Engineering

The Lokesh TL20 Max 500 is a precision CNC turning center designed for high-rigidity machining, dimensional consistency, and repeatable production. Its FEM-optimized Grade 25 cast-iron structure provides excellent rigidity and damping, supporting stable machining during heavy and intermittent cuts.

The machine features an A2-6 rigid spindle with P4-class precision bearings, providing a stable machining platform for demanding applications. It offers a turning capacity of up to Ø320 mm diameter × 540 mm length and is equipped with a 200 mm hydraulically operated, self-centering 3-jaw chuck. Laser-calibrated axes provide positioning accuracy and repeatability within ±0.005 mm, supporting the production of close-tolerance rotational components. A hydraulic tailstock and centralized automatic lubrication system further support productivity and reliable operation.

The TL20 Max 500 is well suited to precision engineering and aerospace component manufacturing, where structural stability, spindle accuracy, and repeatability are critical. It is particularly suitable for components such as shafts, bushings, sleeves, flanges, spacers, bearing-related components, and other rotationally symmetric precision parts. Its rigid construction and damping characteristics also support stable machining across demanding production cycles.
