Setting the Pace in CNC Mastery
Through several years, Jyoti CNC has developed a diverse range of products for various industrial sectors, including aerospace, defense, electronic manufacturing services (EMS), automation, and infrastructure. Given that these industries are among the most lucrative in and around Hyderabad, the company is confident that HIMTEX will play a crucial role in helping it connect with the right audience for future ventures.
“HIMTEX 2024 presents a fantastic opportunity for discovering new possibilities in machine tools, engineering, robotics, and automation, and witnessing advanced technological developments. Over time, the event has evolved into one of the leading industrial shows in India, playing a crucial role in significantly enhancing the manufacturing skills of Telangana and the surrounding states, says Suresh Kumar V, AVP-Sales, Jyoti CNC Automation Ltd, highlighting the show’s significance.
The company’s variety of products are designed for common applications across different industrial sectors, including Aerospace, Defence, Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS), Automation, and infrastructure. “Given the fact that these are the most lucrative industries in and around Hyderabad, we are positive to engage with the target audience and demonstrate our products,” he adds.
Steller Line Up in HIMTEX
AX 200 MY: The AX 200 MY delivers productivity solutions with flexibility and precision. This machine meets the existing market demand for multitasking and precision turning/turn-mill operations, producing world-class products ranging from simple turning and milling to complex multi-axis machining. The machine’s main spindle is an electro-spindle, enhancing productivity in a single setup. Most machines available in the market with a Y-axis feature a virtual Y-axis generated by synchronizing two axes. However, the AX 200 MY boasts an independent Y-axis, which eliminates errors in the milling of intricate shapes. The independent Y-axis simplifies programming and enables more accurate operations. The high-speed servo turret and live tool servo turret options provide flexibility, allowing users to choose between turning and turn-mill operations. Off-center machining with the Y-axis and milling of angled surfaces with the C-axis further expand the range of machining capabilities.
ABX 40: In addition to the classical machine building, Jyoti has also built application-focused specific machines to support the growth of production in the Manufacturing sector. Looking at the future growth of the Energy sector, the company has developed a simultaneous 5-axis machine ABX 40 to provide productive solutions for the blade machining process by offering heavy depth of cut roughing to smooth finish of thin-walled turbine blades. The machine features a universal head and a twin rotary table. The arrangement is synchronized in such a way that the intricate blade speed can be machined into a perfect profile with enriched superfinishing. The robust machine structure and broad base column sustain the dynamic movement of the universal head and withstand the vibration during heavy cutting.
GU5 FIVE: GU5 Five is a gantry moving type 5-axis machining center. Huron Graffenstaden designers are known for the precision engineering capabilities that lead to the design of high-accuracy, high-speed 5-axis machines that can serve various industries like Defence, Aerospace, Automobiles, Health, and many other Precision Machining. Today’s machinists demand machines with the best dynamics, accuracy, and reliability in the 5-axis machining center segment. The GU series provides the perfect balance of advanced technology and return on investment. It contributes significantly to handling complex machining tasks with precision, efficiency, and versatility, making it a valuable asset in modern manufacturing environments. The GU series offers a combination of stability and high dynamics due to its gantry-moving structure.
The machine is designed with special care to allow easy approach and access to preventive maintenance checkpoints for lubrication, pneumatics, and proximities, which makes it operator-friendly. In addition, the electro spindle combines speed, torque, and power for a high chip removal rate and enhances productivity along with high accuracy. The machine’s cradle-type rotary tilting table offers 0.001° indexing. A mill-turn table is an optional feature to suit specific application requirements. Specially designed pick-up type ATCs with a 40-tool capacity allow faster tool changing, offering a tool-to-tool change time of just 3 seconds.
