The Samay-Asia NC Servo Roll Feeder is specially designed to provide high-precision, high-productivity feeding. It features a closed-loop feedback control system and a high-resolution encoder to ensure precise feeding accuracy of up to 10 microns.

The feeder can accommodate 20 groups of different feeding lengths, with each group providing up to 999 punching cycles to meet specific manufacturing requirements.

It also features count, speed, and angle function keys for quick setting of the feed length, ranging from 0.01 mm to 9,999.99 mm.

The roller surfaces have a hardness of 60–62 HRC and are hard-chrome-plated to extend service life.
