“It is providing a closed-loop feedback control computer system and high-resolution encoder to make feeding precisely within 10 microns,” explains Jha. “It helps to provide 20 groups of different feeding lengths, and each group provides 999 times punching to satisfy the special manufacturer process.”

The system has a count speed and angle function key for quickly setting the feed length from 0.01 mm to 9999.99 mm. The rollers feature a surface hardness of 60° to 62° HRC and are hard-chrome plated to extend service life.
