VICI VISION Non-Contact Shaft Measuring Machine: This optical measurement system from VICI – Italy, is designed for use on the shopfloor. It allows one to save time on each batch change by measuring components directly beside the CNC lathe, thereby helping one to produce more, speed up processes, track quality, reduce rejections, and minimize cycle time.

VICI VISION comes with enhanced comfort and safety features such as:

• Retractable light curtain sensors to ensure safety and provide better access to the workpiece during loading and unloading;
• An in-built master to ensure repeatability and accuracy;
• Automatic temperature compensation.

Prima Series: The entry-level shopfloor machines are suitable for inspecting turned parts up to 600 mm in length and diameters up to 140 mm.

Techno Series: These advanced shop floor machines have a touch probe and confocal lens capabilities. The touch probe inspects slots and undercuts, while the confocal lens inspects external gear splines. They are suitable for turned parts up to 2 m in length and diameters up to 180 mm.
