The Jyoti PX 20 NVU is a high-performance 3-axis CNC Vertical Machining Center (VMC) engineered to balance robust stability with high-speed manufacturing efficiency. Built on a stringent and optimized design, its heat-treated, graded cast-iron C-frame structure, combined with a rigid 3-point levelling base, excels at dampening vibrations during demanding cutting operations.

On the technical side, the machine features an expansive 660 x 460 mm working table capable of handling loads of up to 400 kgf, paired with a 510 x 510 x 510 mm travel range across the X, Y, and Z axes. It utilizes high-precision linear motion guideways that support rapid axis traverses of up to 40 m/min along the X and Y axes, significantly reducing non-cutting cycle times.

Material removal is driven by a rigid, high-performance BT-40 taper spindle rated at up to 6,000 rpm and powered by a 7.2/5.5 kW (Fanuc) or 7.5/5.5 kW (Siemens) motor. To streamline complex batch production, the machine is equipped with a side-mounted, twin-arm automatic tool changer (ATC) housing 20 tool slots.

Combining a space-saving, compact footprint with factory-ready ergonomics, the PX 20 NVU stands out as a versatile workhorse for high-precision component production, die-and-mold machining, and light metal profiling across the automotive and aerospace industries.
