HIMTEX 2026 provides Y H Tools Manufacturers Pvt Ltd (Nicon Vices) with an opportunity to connect with high-quality, relevant visitors, strengthen brand visibility, generate new business opportunities, and build long-term relationships, while presenting its Precision Modular Vices.
Y H Tools Manufacturers specializes in Modular Vices designed for precision milling, grinding, and extensive use with CNC milling machines.
Building Stronger Links Across the Deccan
“My primary expectations from the show this year are to connect with high-quality, relevant visitors, strengthen brand visibility, generate new business opportunities, and build meaningful long-term relationships,” says Jasbir Singh, Director, Y H Tools Manufacturers Pvt Ltd.
Telangana and the wider Deccan region are very important to the company’s long-term market strategy, especially given Hyderabad’s strength in aerospace, defence, and heavy engineering. “The region offers strong growth potential, a highly relevant customer base, and opportunities to build long-term partnerships with industries that value precision, reliability, and consistent performance,” explains Singh.
Holding Tighter, Machining Better
As per Singh, the technology Y H Tools Manufacturers is presenting can play a strong role in helping Indian manufacturers transition toward smarter, more efficient, and more consistent production.
By improving process control, reducing variation, and supporting tighter tolerances, it helps businesses achieve higher productivity with better precision. “In today’s market, that combination is essential for local industries to compete globally—not just on cost, but on performance, dependability, and long-term value,” he says.
Precision Modular Vices for CNC Applications
Both jaw plates of the company’s Modular Vices feature a pull-down angle design, ensuring the workpiece is drawn firmly against the vice base during clamping for precise and secure holding. All vice components are fully interchangeable with perfect alignment, providing flexible work-holding solutions for various applications.
The space-saving design and robust construction offer a maximum clamping ratio relative to the overall dimensions of the vice. Four additional tapped holes with a ground rear face on the back jaw increase the maximum opening capacity when used with jaw extensions. It is manufactured from high-alloy, wear-resistant steel, case hardened to HRC 60 ±2 for maximum rigidity, superior performance, and extended service life.
Connecting with the Buyers Behind the Machines
“Participating in HIMTEX 2026 helps us connect directly with targeted buyers and decision-makers from aerospace, defence, and heavy engineering sectors in the region,” states Singh. “It gives us a focused platform to showcase our precision solutions, understand specific industry requirements, and build stronger local partnerships.”
