Otto Bilz (India) Pvt Ltd will showcase its ThermoGrip® ISG3410-WK shrink unit, an advanced automatic shrink-fit system designed to deliver precision, efficiency, and safety in mold clamping applications at HIMTEX 2026.

The fully automatic system enables precise tool shrinking within seconds while helping prevent incorrect entries and overheating. It features a clamping range of Ø3–32 mm, with an optional range of up to Ø50 mm when equipped with liquid cooling.

The ThermoGrip® ISG3410-WK incorporates automatic liquid cooling and drying, with a cooling time of just 20 seconds. The fully automated cooling and subsequent drying of shrink-fit chucks helps reduce non-productive time and ensures tools are clamped precisely and securely.

The system has also received the Red Dot German Design Award for its design.
